North Pole

This past week has been an outstanding time to be here. We have had a combination of bluebird days and heavy snowfall. Tuesday, Kay and Dave Pines and I went on a little hiking/skiing journey. After climbing Little Lenawee, we dropped into West Vertical Cornice which had very solid cover. After a quick traverse, we climbed the Willie's Staircase and dropped in the Snorkel Door. Perfect winter conditions in both places. The patrollers are starting their hikes right now and we should have exceptional hiking open today. Enjoy these photos by Kyle Bartsch.
