Getting Ready To Re-Open

Took a snowcat tour with Mark LaFlamme this afternoon. We had four snowcats and drivers out on the hill getting ready for the weekend. There were major dozing projects going on in the base area and in Dercum's Gulch.  More snowcat projects are planned for tomorrow. I continue to be amazed at what the cat drivers can do with the snow. I think it may be more artist than operator. Awesome. We are going to re-open Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, June 20, 21, and 22. Looks like we will have High Noon, Sundance, Lenawee Face, Humbug, and Powerline. I am not sure if Ramrod will be in the picture. Lake Reveal is getting into prime condition. Black Mountain Express and Lenawee Mountain Chairlifts will be open from 8:30 until 2:30.

Get here early. Enjoy your turns on the summer corn. Grab lunch at Black Mountain Lodge or The 6th Alley. Sip your favorite beverage with family and friends on the deck when the skiing is done.
