4" New and Still Dumping

Very nice. 4" of new snow at 5 AM and still dumping. The snow forecast the next several days looks tremendous. The skiing will be excellent this morning. While the temperature is a chilly 13 F this morning, it feels balmy compared to what is going on to the East of us.This is a beautiful day to go skiing.

When will the pali open?

Is not snowfall Summit County wide? In other words, are the other resorts getting this new snow too?

Thank you for these reports

Hey Al: Just comparing to last year's openings: I know we are about 3 weeks behind 2013 (which was an awesome season for opening early!) How do you think this storm will help prepare for West Wall/Pali?

Do you think Pali -might- have a chance of opening by the second weekend in December?

I've looked around online and there just aren't any blogs out there like this one to get daily, on-mountain updates for the other resorts, that include personal accounts/experiences. Great blog for A-basin; wish there was one for Breck and others.

Thanks Al.
