More Rain

We continue to get numerous afternoon (and sometimes morning) showers.  There are still a few flowers holding on and the greenery is outstanding. It is time to sneak in another Argentine Fork Trail hike.  There are a few yellow aspen leaves poking out.  Is it too early to start talking about snowmaking?

Since you brought it up...what is the earliest you've started snowmaking in the past? (I'm guessing the reservoir level is in decent shape, considering the late season snow in spring and a fairly wet monsoon). Thanks!

Well in terms of snowmaking, I hope at least the recent rains have helped a bit with the water supply.

It's never too early to talk about snowmaking. With any luck we'll be skiing in 40 days.

It's never too early to talk about snowmaking. Hope that isn't just talk, but a reality in about 25 days here!
