The skiing was good all over the mountain today. I may sound like a broken record, but The Spine was simply amazing today ................. again. It was buffed and soft and carve-able and kind and easy and fast and fun and on and on and on. Sometimes it is hard to get enough of this. This morning other great skiing was found on The Lower Mountain, Falcon, Wildcat, The Face and The Steep Gullies. Very nice.

The best snow I found all day was in Falcon on my last run. I thought the upper mountain was a bit variable, with nice soft snow mixed with some hard areas depending on how the wind swirled. Lenawee Parks and Gentry were mostly soft as well.

I agree that it doesn’t have to be a deep powder day to be perfect. I love when a buffed Spine skis like a groomer. Two turns to the bus stop today.
