Rock Work on I-70

Pulled this photo off the Summit Daily website. Looks like CDOT got their rock scaling work done in one day instead of the scheduled two days. Sounds like there might be some occasional stops, but for the most part, people should be able to get to The Basin with minimal delays. Thanks for your patience on this one.

Awesome! this means i can come up tomorrow =)

so what is the total season snowfall? And any construction planned for this summer?

Year to Date we have had 329" of snow.

Regarding summer construction and capital planning, we are finalizing our summer plans now. Right now it looks like we will finish the summer hiking/biking, buy a new snowcat, and do a bunch of smaller projects. The one big project we are considering is another parking lot expansion. We are still working on that so stand by for details.
