Great view from King Cornice. From left to right, Grizzly peak - 13,427', Black Mountain - 13,193', and Torreys Peak -14,275'. Still a bit smoky out there. The marmots and pikas own the entire King Cornice, Knolls, Cornice Run area.

Alan, Is expansion into the beavers realistic? It is a nice concept but I believe getting Montezuma bowl ready for skiing and riding takes up all ski patrol and cat resources already. This year will be different. I am forecasting SNOW for December, with a nice indian summer leading into that.
