Another Dusting

We have had another nice dusting of snow this morning.  The next few days look kind of wet and cool although not cold enough for snowmaking.  I am fully expecting an inch or two in the base area tomorrow.  Each of these fall storms gets us a few steps closer to .........................

Hey Al, Thanks for you blog updates. I've been curious about your career history. How did you manage to become COO...which some would consider the ultimate dream job. Did you start out as a ski bum and work your way up? It's obvious to see the positives of your position, what are some of the negatives...if any?

Al, I love to absorb every aspect of the mountains - the incredible sights, the crisp, clean aromas, the whispering trees and ridgelines, you name it - anytime of year, but I especially cherish the incredible sense of anticipation and downright giddiness each September brings when I know the aspen are deep yellow and Arapahoe Basin is seeing flakes flying. Powder will be here soon. Everything starts to become right in the world.
