Spring and Winter

Mid-March and we are now seeing signs of spring. The skiing on the front side is still overwhelmingly winter conditions. The skiing in Montezuma Bowl is substantially early spring skiing. It is not quite full blown slush bumps, but there is some soft snow moving around after the sun warms things up. Looks like we have to put up with another 3-4 more days of this spectacular bluebird weather and then we will see a return to winter this weekend.

Signs of spring? Yikes, 8 straight days in the high 40s and 50s...loving the blue-bird skies and t-shirt skiing, but I usually like it a little later in March...or after a killer Jan and Feb.

Has Lake Reveal made an appearance yet?

I dont think we have enough snow to make a lake. More like "Lake willows and rocks"
