2nd Notch

2nd Notch is open and I think it is skiing better now than it did in the Spring of 2011.  As always, the entry is just a wee bit tricky and a little steep.  There were a couple of turns around rocks.  Below that, the coverage was side to side and the surface was excellent.  Views aren't bad either.

First off, nice photos of 'Da Basin, especially the last week. Second, we desk-bound snow junkies really detest the fact that you're there and we're not!

Since your blog exists, you must feel the effort is worth it. These photos sell how many tickets, how many cheeseburgers, how many Buds? How do you measure and grade the blog's financial/economic/informational impact on the skiing public?

Thanks for doing it, but envy and jealousy are not traits I'm proud of! See ya next year Al!
