That looks like more than 9 inches to me!

Can you guys please put a ruler on there? I'm pretty sure you're the only ski resort with a snowstake cam that doesn't actually report inches. I know it says it somewhere, like 18" at the very top of the wood, but it looked like it was completely covered yet you only reported 9".

Agreed. A ruler would be nice. Was surprised to see that absent when the stake was installed.

I third this motion! Make it so number 1!

If you look closely, the snow reached the first point on the right, which is about 1/2 way to the top (18") - so 9" or 10" total, plus another 3" since then. So 12" new as of opening today.

No ruler. A-Basin is unique...keep it that way.

What a storm. 12 inches at open I would say and pushing another 8-12 since morning report (the stake was cleared this morning believe it or not and it is nearly buried again). This one is going to end up in that 3-4 foot range.

Any plans to open Pali or other terrain tomorrow or Sat?

The forecast was calling for 27 inches by Friday morning max, it looks like we will get around 22 inches unless it starts snowing again overnight, which makes sense since it's been dumping in Denver all day long and killing my tomato plants...

I'll donate the ruler and screws!
