Another Webcam Update

There is definitely something weird going on with the website.  We are trying to figure it out.  My friend, Ken James, just called me with a sneak around to view the webcams.  Go to the "Snow Conditions" tab and click webcams from there, you can view them.  I have no idea why this works, but it seems to.  There is a good reason I am not an IT guy.
