Yesterday I went for a late afternoon cruise up the Argentine North Fork Trail to Black Mountain Lodge. The trail is in great shape and the place is really "greening" up. I was surprised at how many flowers were already blooming. Beautiful time of day to be on the hill.
Don't forget this Sunday, July 7 is the Summit Challenge Trail Run. Whether you do the Mid-Mountain Division Run, the Summit Division Run, or just come up for music and BBQ, come join us. The Black Mountain Express Chairlift will run from 10 AM to 3 PM and local band, High 5, starts playing at 11 AM. Hanging out at Black Mountain Lodge in the summer is pretty cool.
