Building Progress

The building construction continues to move right along. The framing crew is working away. The lower level steel has been set. The first set of floor joists and their sheathing is in place. The concrete for the exterior stairs was just poured. The lowest level (parking lot level) will house the First Aid Room, Ski Patrol Offices, and an employee locker room. The middle (base area plaza level) and upper level will be the Kid's Center. That spaces includes Kid's Snowsports registration, retail space, a commercial kitchen, two sets of restrooms and lots of fun room for kids to hang out, play and eat. Mostly though, the building is designed as a launch point to get kids outside for as much skiing and riding as possible.
