Lenawee Open By Noon Tuesday

It is snowing heavily, it is getting colder, and Lenawee Mountain Lift will open by noon on Tuesday. The snowmakers and cat drivers have done an outstanding job the last few nights. Tonight we are going to get in another full night of snowmaking. The staff will spend Tuesday morning getting all the "stuff" ready and the chairlift, Lenawee Face, and Dercum's Gulch will open by noon.

That's great. Had a fun time up there Saturday. Few spots got a little icey late and showed me that I need a tune, but this cold and a little natural snow will hopefully help that out.

Much thanks because A-Basin is super fun even when like 3% of the terrain is open.

What is your best guess for a "green" trail to open, within a week?

Alan, love the transparency and communication you give us. I know it's tough as I have worked in the industry and people with information can get hounded and beat up. You give us the beta and don't sugar coat too much. Straight talk is all most of us want. If it's not snowing it doesn't make you a bad person when you tell us things aren't open yet. You guys work incredibly hard up there and I want to thank you for all you do. ABASIN is one of a kind. Keep up the good work.

The communication and updates is exactly what makes this the locals mountain. Love you Al and A-Basin!
