Snowmaking Reservoir

The snowmaking reservoir is completely full and ready to go. Looking at the forecast, we just might start making snow this coming week. We will keep a close eye on conditions. Starting Monday, the nights are looking pretty cold.

As I  write this, four of the six Moonlight Dinners are sold out. There is still space available for the New Year's Eve Dinner and the April Randonee Polynesian Luau. If you are interested, book right now.

Do the moon light dinners normally sel out in first 12 hours? I don't ever remember them selling out this fast before!

This was the fastest the reservations have ever been made.

Where is the reservoir located?

A few hundred feet below the bottom of Pali Lift.

Alan,

At optimal weather conditions, how much water equates to how much snow? Is it the same 10 to 1 as in the natural world

The moon light dinners are amazing, have you ever thought of expanding them to Friday and Saturday? We are really disappointed they sold out before we could buy in! We had this on the calendar since March to order and we got tied up Saturday morning.
