Today the first concrete was poured for the Kid's Center. Following the demolition of the old building, the excavation crew did a fine job preparing the building site. Some deep utility work was done for water and sewer and we have a new fire hydrant in place. Over the last few days, the forms were set for the footers and today the big concrete pumper truck showed up for the first pour. Over the next couple of weeks we will be forming up the foundation walls and hope to have the concrete work finished and back filled by the end of July.
