6th Alley Food


Chefs Chris Rybak and Paul did a food cutting for the 6th Alley wait and bartending staff this afternoon. Paul and his team prepared all the dishes and Chris discussed all the ingredients and cooking details with the crew. They are adding a few new dishes to the menu including Seared Tuna, Ribs, and Steak. The steak dish is on the plate in the center of the table. Of course there was plenty of "tasting". Selflessly, I volunteered to help with that part. We probably should have done a beer tasting also.
