As Forecasted

As forecasted, last night was a little warmer. As you might expect, we made a little bit of snow. Starting tonight after dark, we should see some very good temperatures and some natural snow. If the forecast holds true, we will get this place open soon.

Enjoy these photos Michael McBee took yesterday.

Al - Thank you for all the updates. Every year, around this time, your blog becomes a part of my daily routine. It's awesome watching the Basin come to life!

Doesn't matter if Loveland opens earlier--A Basin always stays open longer and they don't have Pali!

So pumped. Kudos to you guys and Loveland for opening the earliest. However, being from Boston, I'm proud to say the NE beat you guys this year. Sunday River and Killington were thirsty for Snow :)
