I hear Killington and Sunday River are gearing up to open. I am happy for those communities and wish them a great start to the season. You know there are some psyched New England skiers gearing up right now. Those guys wrote the book on enjoying snow.
My last comment sure generated a lot of discussion. Thanks to all of you that participated. When we do open, it will be Black Mountain Express and High Noon. Typically, the man made base is about 18" deep, more in some places, less in others. Ramrod follows High Noon and then we will work on getting Lenawee Mountain Lift and Lenawee Face and Dercum's Gulch open. Depending on weather, we can be open in 4-14 days.
BTW, the culvert project is completely done and the equipment is gone.
