He is at it again. Chef Christopher Rybak and crew will be hosting a Brunch at Black Mountain Lodge this Sunday, August 26. The Black Mountain Express chairlift will be open. You can hike the Argentine North Fork Trail or ride the lift. The menu is just a tad bit appealing, pastries, fresh fruit, stuffed French toast, eggs benedict (A-Basin style), Lyonnaise potatoes, omelet station, salmon, shrimp, carving station with buffalo and pork.
