Normally, I am an after work skinner. This morning, however, it worked out to scoot up to the Summit before we opened. What a beautiful morning. I should do this more often. I saw about 30 other people at various levels of heading up or down. A few of those AT Racer Types blew by me like I was standing still. All the superlatives applied today. The sky was a brilliant blue. I watched the sun crack the ridge line. The grooming was excellent. There are worse ways to start the work day.
